Beauty in Bangkok

Blogging ends up being tougher than I thought. Even with the time we have in Kuala Lumpur. C.C. is keeping us busy with fun outings. Today we did some Batik painting  which was a blast. See the photo below: 

Canopy walking was one of my favorites so far! I am having fun. I am not sure C.C. or Sarah did. C.C. must really love me because she is terrrified of heights. Next, is to convince Sarah and C.C. to go to the Batu Caves and go spelunking. Please! Everyone who reads this please explain to them that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and you only have to do it once in your life if you do not like it. 

Off to Bangkok and here are some temple shots and reclining budda. Sorry for all the selfy shots but Sarah was not doing well with the heat. Funny story. I was feeling sick all day, but look at all those smiles! What a faker ;) 

Also, we went to a cool mall and Sarah was super happy with our huge meals for under $2.

Funny thing they do not tell you is that there is a montage for the King before the movie in which everyone stands. Wish I would have recorded some of it. It was interesting. Here is a picture of the subtitles in Thai. We watched Star Trek into Darkness. It was sweet. 

Sarah loved the mall for many reasons, see below:

Look at our cute hostel in Bangkok. LubD was kind to us. I did get sick one day, when at the temples above, but that was from some bug the kids were carrying. Here are some pics of the hostel. I thought the fact that we needed to put in a card to use the power was funny. 

Overall having a blast. Yeah!
